View from the water tower at Selvær towards north-west-north-east. The planned windmills will be visible at a distance of ca. 2.7-9 km.
On the island of Nordbrya in Selvær, a 59 metre high wind measuring mast has been erected, which, from 28.08.2008, has continually measured wind strength, wind direction and temperature.
